FWIW, I wasn’t stating that the people on the extremely limited side of the kerning continuum are correct. Just that there are too extremes and most people fall in-between.1 -

Re: At what point of the design process do you start digitising your drawings?
I almost never digitize a drawing. I might draw a tight sketch for reference, but scanning and tracing rarely works well for me.2
